Monday - Thursday | $3000

Holiday | $5000 (regardless of what day the holiday falls on.)

Our basic packages include tables, chairs (indoor and outdoor), table linens (black or white), as well as decorations and props we have on hand.

If the night before your wedding remains unbooked within 30 days of your wedding date, you can reserve it for an additional $500 for rehearsal, dinner, or decorating for a 4-hour window.

Rental includes 9:00 am - Midnight (15hrs.) for Friday and Saturday
Rental includes 9:00 am - 10:00 pm (13 hrs.) for Sunday through Thursday

We require a fully refundable $1000 retainer fee to secure your date, in addition to the rental fee. This fee is 100% returned after the wedding pending there is no damage to the venue.

Additional Add-On Package

Day of Wedding Coordinator | $1000

Add the option to have a day of wedding coordinator to help execute your wedding. This individual will be on site and available from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm to assist with set up, coordinate with vendors, wedding preparation, and clean up. Let us take care of all you and help your wedding run smooth.
